At Vitamin A, we want you to love your sustainable swimwear. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
